Embody transformation as you develop new abilities, supported by movement and philosophy. Enjoy 60 minutes of yoga, musical development, and alchemical studies seamlessly blended into a world-changing experience. Soothe and rewire your nervous system through sound, breath, and energy. Each session applies the Seven Steps of Alchemy to body, mind, and spirit as you learn a new musical language and cultivate new ways of being.

Traditional Music Lessons
CELLO. KEYBOARD. COMPOSITION / SONGWRITING.
$240 / month ~ (4x) 60-minute lessons per month (online or in-person)
Cultivate a musical practice that will bring peace and joy into your life. In each lesson, you will learn body-friendly technique, music theory, aural training, expression, and healthy practice habits. Study an expansive repertoire ranging from traditional classics to modern skill-appropriate arrangements of your favorite pieces.

Alchemical Coaching
$45 / 45 minutes (online)
Transmute your challenges into your greatest strengths. Study alchemical philosophy with me as you apply the seven steps to your experiences in order to harvest the gold hidden within them. The session structure itself is designed around the seven steps, so that in moving through it, you are experiencing the alchemical process from top to bottom. Leave the lab with a transformed perspective.
Sound Healing Sessions
$20 / 30 minutes
Experience the transformative power of sound. Bathe in the healing vibrations of singing bowls, cello, sitar, and voice, as I guide you through a meditative journey into yourself. A short and sweet session that will leave you soft and ready to dance with the world around you.
